1. Terms of Use

The website and all its content (including text, images, logos, product descriptions) are the property of A.S. Rajashekar Caterers and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to engage in any activity that may harm the website or disrupt its operations.

You must not use this site to transmit viruses, malicious software, or unauthorised promotional materials (spam).

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at our discretion without prior notice.

Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

2. Orders & Availability

The website will remain active for online orders until 2nd October 2026.

Orders will be accepted only from customers in Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai.

A minimum order value of ₹2000 is required. Delivery charges are additional and will be displayed at checkout.

All orders are subject to product availability. In case a product is unavailable after placing an order, we will inform you and provide a suitable replacement or refund.

3. Delivery & Shipping

Deliveries will be scheduled on 4th, 5th, and 6th October 2026.

Delivery is available only within Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or festive rush.

Customers are requested to ensure correct address and contact details are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect/incomplete information.

4. Payment Terms

Payments can be made via UPI, Bank Transfer, or NEFT only.

Orders will be processed only after successful receipt of payment.

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

5. Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

As sweets and savouries are perishable items, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

Refunds will only be processed if:

The ordered product is unavailable, or

There is a proven case of damage or incorrect delivery.

For refund requests, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, along with supporting photos.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Customer details collected during the order process will be used only for processing and delivering your order.

We do not share your personal information with third parties, except as required for delivery or payment processing.

By using this website, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with this policy.

7. Liability

A.S. Rajashekar Caterers will not be held responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused due to events beyond our control (natural calamities, strikes, transport delays, etc.).

Products are prepared in a hygienic environment; however, customers with specific allergies must review the ingredients before consumption. We are not liable for adverse reactions due to undisclosed allergies.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these Terms & Conditions and Terms of Use at any time.

Continued use of the website after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
